Today I made a new friend and texted her how glad I was to sing with her.
I made a small purchase at a locally owned business and volunteered to pay the credit card fee out of pocket.
I am a volunteer coach for my son’s soccer team.
Talked with my neighbors
I invited a friend to a concert
I donated blood at a Red Cross blood donation event.
I made a weeks worth of lunches for my coworker who's husband has been in the hospital.
Opened up beaver dams so my fellow kayakers could get over the dams easier
Sewed and donated 40 dresses and skirts for Dress a Girl Around the World.
Watching dogs for a neighbor while she is out of town.
Participated in a walk to Squash Hunger
Shopped and brought items to a sister in the nursing home.
Offered help to someone stranded with car trouble.

When the janitor came to empty the garbage at work, I did it for him
Spent time with a friend that was recovering from an illness.

My friend’s inner tube popped and I went and got them a new one and changed it out.
Volunteered at a food pantry for an hour organizing food and supplies.
We baked cookies and took them to our elderly neighbor. She was so excited to chat with the kids.
Helped a co-worker with her job when she was having a tough time.
I loaned my umbrella to a coworker that needed to walk in the rain to visit a client, so she didn't have to take her car to travel a block.
I let another woman take the shorter checkout line at the store when we were approaching together. She was happy!
